Qingdao Liangta Steel Structure Co., Ltd, established in 2005 with the registered capital of 50 million yuan, is a professional company in design, manufacture and sales for TV Tower, communication tower, broadcasting and television tower, microwave tower, watching tower, power transmission and wind towers. We are located in Jiaozhou, Qingdao City, near to the Qingdao International airport and sea port, transportation is very convenient.
The company covers an area of 50, 000 square meters and now employs more than 300 staffs, including a strong technical team with experts as technical advisers from the domestic major design institutes, which has played a good role in supervision and guidance for technical innovation and product quality.
For design, we has developed CAD design and scheme optimization for all products; Introduced a self-supporting tower internal force analysis software (TTA IGT2.0), computer aided tower structure design software STWXP, TMA 3D tower lofting software, LMA three-dimensional steel tower lofting software, design of bored pile and finite element points analysis etc., which all greatly improve the production efficiency, design and lofting quality.
We have passed ISO9001: 2008 quality management system, have thorough advanced mechanical processing and completed testing equipment, strong technical forces and perfect management system. Our annual production capacity has reached to 10W tons, output value exceeded $1.5 billion.
